Established with the passion to nurture young talents and instill the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, we are dedicated to providing an enriching and supportive environment for players to thrive both on and off the court. Committed to excellence, our team emphasizes skill development, strategic gameplay, and fostering a love for the game. Led by experienced coaches who are not only mentors but also role models, we strive to empower each player to reach their full potential and achieve their athletic goals.
Meet Our Founder
Bitro Gaye is a dedicated youth athletics coach with over 15 years of experience coaching football and basketball. A native of Gaithersburg, Maryland, Bitro was shaped by the adversity he and many of his peers faced growing up—experiences that fueled his passion for mentorship and community leadership. His journey as an athlete spans over 27 years, instilling in him the values of discipline, patience, and perspective, which he now passes on to the next generation.
Time spent in Chicago and his role as a father of three boys have deepened his commitment to helping young men navigate life through sports. Bitro is the Co-Founder and CEO of Reps 2 Greatness LLC, a mentorship program focused on developing student-athletes both on and off the field. In February 2024, he launched Team Reps, an AAU basketball organization providing elite training and competitive opportunities to youth athletes.
Bitro offers high-quality training in both football and basketball, helping athletes refine their skills, build confidence, and pursue excellence in every aspect of their lives. More than a coach, he is a respected mentor and leader in youth athletics, known for his ability to connect with young people and guide them toward success.
His personal motto, "Be Great," is more than a slogan—it’s a mindset he instills in every athlete he works with, encouraging them to unlock their full potential on the court, the field, and in life.
